Reliable service is the core of our business model. 
At A-Pronto Delivery, we continuously re-train each of our transportation professionals on all aspects of our delivery protocol.  A systematic, yearly re-certification is in place to assure that our employees handle every shipment with the utmost care and professionalism.  Each new driver is required to watch 15 videos that review key concepts important to our clients.  Some of these videos cover basic subjects (importance of grooming/hygiene, professionalism on the job, safe driving techniques) and some are specifically designed for clients with special needs (client paperwork requirements, tutorials on handling customer products as well as detailed instructions for entering buildings with security codes or designated door access).  We work with our clients to make sure that all of their needs are met.  We are pleased to create new training videos for our courier staff if your company requests it, and this additional service is provided at no extra cost to you!
